EVP Program Question

Postby BADBOY on Thu Feb 21, 2008 10:29 am

I am new to the ghost hunting scene. I was wandering what type of programs do you use for listening to EVP on the cpu, and how can I get the EVP programs? :?: :?:

Thanks in advance

There's two routes you can go..free or paid. If you want a free program I recommend Audacity. There is a real good one you can buy called Audition but it costs a pretty good amount of cash

I go to ghost-mart.com, under downloads they used to have a free version of wavepad, which is like a generic version of the audacity software, it works pretty well. I'll tell you a secret i just learned, when buying digital recorders, pay a little extra for the ones with a usb connection!

Roger THAT!! As a matter of a fact, I use audacity and wavepad for my stuff. I also have Adobe Audition and SoundForge, but they are costly as HELL. I would stick to audacity or wavepad unless you want to really fine tune stuff. Al, where are you, man? LOL

All the ghosts and goblins and what-not have a standing unlimited access invitation to my house, i'd love to say my house was haunted!

I've said it all along. I wish they'd come to my house. It would save a helluva lot of gas money...LOL.

If you plan on doing an evp session at home, just ask for good spirits that you would like to chat with......or just leave the recorder on for a couple of hours and see what you get.

I have a tape recorder at this point in time. How hard is it to put the recordings on the cpu, and what type of equipment is used to do that? Probaly save me more time and buy a digital recorder.

I just have a boat load of questions about the paranormal. The only way I learn is to ask!
