Folks having problems on the Forum

Postby Phantom on Tue Dec 25, 2007 1:01 pm

Al and MamaRottweiler are having the same difficulties of having to log on every time they navigate through the forum. I don't know if anyone else is having this problem, but if you are let me know. Al and I talked about it earlier, and it's possible that your firewall is deleting the cookie automatically that allows you to navigate without having to log in so much. If there are some forum experts that have an idea of how to fix this, please share with us. Again, if others are having this problem, please post here and let us know. Thanks!!

I know if I use my spyware program to do a scan, I have to log back in. It is probably deleting the cookie, that might be whats happening.

Yes i found out the problem........it was the browser i was using.....AOL.......It could be that your forum site is made to work with Internet Explorer.....it was giving AOL a hard time with the log in......ask her what browser she's using. When i go to this site i use IE now and it works fine.....log in just once instead of the many times i had too before.

How about a shout box on the front page of the forum?

thought this was the best place to put this suggestion
This snake cannot be captured
This snake cannot be tied
This snake cannot be tortured, or
Hung or crucified
