Thats the first i've heard of a solitron... but I'm definitely going to do some more research on that, sounds like a very plausible concept.
Actually, you have all experienced solitons, you just didn't realize. Ever been driving down the highway at 60 or 70 mph and the traffic is moving along fine? The suddenly everybody starts slowing down and bunching up and you're thinking there's an accident up ahead, but as you drive along you never see a wreck. Tthen cars start speeding up and traffic is back to normal.
Someone slowed down in the past; maybe there was an accident, but now long afterwards, as long as the traffic flow is near capacity for normal speed, the slow down/bunch up remains. That's a traffic version of a soliton. It's one dimensional, a simple soliton that's easy to observe.
A spirit is a four dimensional one (three spatial dimensions plus time: it DOES vary with time, like a tape loop). A photon, a "particle" of light is a soliton. All the energy is contained in a defined volume with zero energy outside that volume (technically called the wave packet). That's a hallmark of solitons, energy drops to zero outside a defined volume. Normally energy falls off exponentially by the inverse-square (double the distance, 1/4 the energy, or intensity falls off as the square of the distance) Solitons are a confined field. As long as the conditions are right, it won't decay. That's why, IMO, spirit activity is confined to a room, object, person, building, whatever. That defines the "wave packet" of that soliton.
This is all my opinion, but it IS based on real science.
