We were going there, but they changed their mind at the last minute, and said they were not allowing any other investigations until they remodeled the place. We're still gonna keep trying, however.

When next you guys take a shot at gaining access to this site, please consider pointing out to the owner(s) that, assuming they accept that at least some of the 'inhabitants' are conscious spirits, those spirits most likely will not care for someone remodeling their place of residence and as a result, might be at their most active. From a research perspective, this time of remodeling might be an ideal opportunity to document their existence. Should access be granted during this time, please consider informing the 'inhabitants' that their anger at and disagreement with the remodeling can be used to power communication efforts with the investigators.

Good point, Blaise. We've found out that remodeling, construction, etc. tends to cause paranormal activity to spike. Evidently, the ghosties don't like having their digs messed with.
